Our roof is 28 years old and lots of roof salesmen have knocked on our door advising us to allow them to give us a quote for replacement. We kept seeing the ads about Roof Maxx providing another option to extend the life of our roof. We did some research on our own and decided to call Tiny and Linda for a free quote. We are so glad that we did! They came out and fully explained the treatment process to us and showed us close up pics of our roof. We were able to see the true condition along with several minor repairs and reinforcements needed before they put on the treatment. The price was literally one fifth the cost of an entire roof replacement and would extend the life of our roof ATLEAST another five years, perhaps longer. This was a "no brainer" decision. We scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time. There was no mess for us to clean up. Tiny and Linda are the BEST couple to work with. They were done before lunch time and did us an extra favor of removing the ugly, unsightly, satellite dish that was up there since we moved in! They made sure to plug and seal holes in the roof from that. Our roof looks so nice now and we feel confident about it lasting much longer, AND we have a five-year warranty certificate in the event our insurance carrier or a potential new owner wants an inspection. If anybody out there is worried about their roof and wants to be pro-active, you should call Roof Maxx BEFORE you get a roof replacement quote. What can it hurt? It's a free quote. Also, if you really need a new roof. Tiny and Linda will tell you the truth.
